Building agentic automation

S·01

Agentic PR distribution workflow

I built a workflow for a PR agency that turns one press release into 45 to 50 finished deliverables. It writes the questions and answers, drafts the social posts, generates the images, and builds the JSON-LD structured data, all in the client's voice, working from per-client voice documentation combined with the new release, so staff review the work instead of producing it. Once approved, everything publishes itself on a schedule as a public PR page, with embed scripts that drop the whole set onto the client's own sites. The pages are deliberately structured so AI search engines can parse and cite them, and parts of the system have since been reused on other client sites to strengthen their structured data for generative search.

AI sales-intelligence bot

During a sales call, anyone on the team can drop a prospect's URL into Slack and get a read back before the meeting ends. The bot identifies the site's technology stack, scores its content, pulls its Lighthouse performance metrics, and runs WCAG accessibility and charter school compliance checks where they apply. The same checks run standalone when something needs a one-off audit. It turns a research task that used to take an afternoon into actionable talking points during the conversation.

Automated ad-account reporting agent

Every morning the team gets a written read on every ad account we have access to, and nobody has to assemble it. The agent pulls from the Google Ads, Meta Marketing, and GA4 APIs, summarizes each account, flags anomalies and wins, and tries to correlate ad-side changes with what shows up in GA4. It posts a link to the day's report in Slack, and it has caught overspend early enough to fix it the same day. It runs on infrastructure I set up and administer myself.

Away from the screen

Off hours

If I'm not building something for work, I'm building something for fun. I have been 3D printing since the RepRap era, back when you built the printer before you had anything to print, and I have been building and flying FPV drones from scratch since the days when a torn apart Wii controller was the best you could get. I hold an FAA Part 107 certificate, and I run a self-hosted home lab where my own AI agents triage my email before I get to it and manage my home. For the past six years I have been visiting Iceland and documenting every corner of the country. All of the photos and videos shown here are shot and edited by myself.
